What kinds of helpers do you place?
We place migrant domestic workers for elderly care, dementia care, infant and childcare, general household duties, cooking, pet care, large households, and English- or Mandarin-speaking homes. Candidates come from Indonesia, the Philippines and Myanmar, including fresh helpers, experienced helpers and those with prior Singapore work. Do you support employers after the helper arrives?
Yes. Our responsibility does not end when the helper is deployed. Adjusting to a new household takes time for both employer and worker. Where needed, Haven Hands provides post-placement support, counselling and employer-helper mediation so small issues do not become failed placements. How does matching work?
