Placement and operations coordinate sourcing, Work Permit processing, medicals, SIP and arrival. Accredited overseas partners recruit and train helpers in housekeeping, childcare and eldercare before they come to Singapore.

Founder / Director
Sarah founded Haven Hands with a hands-on approach to domestic helper recruitment and placement. With experience in Singapore's employment agency industry, she has been involved in domestic helper recruitment, employer consultation, candidate interviews, overseas recruitment coordination, documentation, deployment and post-placement support. She personally works closely with employers to understand their household requirements and assists in identifying candidates who are better suited to each family's needs. Sarah is also actively involved in helper counselling, employer-helper mediation and complex placement matters. Her philosophy for Haven Hands is simple: every household is different, and every placement should be treated individually. Rather than operating purely as a transactional recruitment agency, her goal is for Haven Hands to remain accessible to employers and helpers throughout their employment journey.
Placement & Operations Team
Singapore placement support
Our placement and operations support team coordinates the different stages involved in bringing a domestic helper into Singapore. Their responsibilities include candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, employer documentation, overseas partner coordination, Work Permit processing, medical examination arrangements, Settling-In Programme coordination, arrival and deployment arrangements, and post-placement administrative support.

Sourcing & training
Haven Hands works with approved overseas recruitment and training partners to source and prepare suitable domestic helper candidates. Our partners assist with candidate recruitment, documentation, training and pre-deployment preparation — including housekeeping, childcare and eldercare — while Haven Hands manages the Singapore placement process and works directly with employers.
