Haven Hands Pte. Ltd. (“we”, MOM EA licence 25C3257, UEN 202512807K) respects your personal data. This notice explains what we collect through havenhands.sg and how we use it for migrant domestic worker placement in Singapore.

What we collect

When you start or send an enquiry we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, household need and message — including details you type but do not submit, so we can follow up if you leave the form. The public website also records page views, country (from network or timezone) and whether you are currently on the site, so we can understand genuine visitor interest. If you proceed with a placement we may collect additional employer and household details required for MOM Work Permit and agency records.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you, recommend suitable helpers, prepare documentation, and — where you proceed — open a confidential employer record in our operations system. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data only as needed with accredited overseas partners, medical or SIP providers, and Singapore authorities (including MOM) to complete a lawful placement. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing lists.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for as long as required for employment-agency and legal obligations.
